Do they take kids right out of high school or do they require them to be 3 years removed like the NFL?
If they let 18 year olds play, then I could see that hurting college football much like Minor League baseball does to college baseball.
That amount of money would be very enticing to kids that want to try and get noticed for the NFL but don't want to do the entire school charade. I would imagine that most of the non-superstars aren't getting anymore than that from NIL.

Not anymore, if a kid is good enough to skip college football to play in this league, he'll likely make more in NIL to go to school.
