Need a win today then we'll go on a run

Tough schedule so far against 3 teams that'll probably be at a minumum in super regionals. Need to start showing a little more urgency today

We were well inside the top 5 in all preseason rankings. We were supposed to be one of those minimum Super Regional teams. We’ll see what happens but as of now we look like garbage.

Miss State isn't a super regional team. Florida. And arky, ok. We got a long way to go on offense boys. It's gonna get worse before it gets better.

No arguing the way they are playing either. We are replacing a lot of production and seniority so I understand why we are seeing what we are seeing. I'm curious to see if Jay will get our guys going. I know we have the talent.

And Wake was #1 in all of them and is now #12, TCU was 5 or 6 and now out of the top 25. Preseason polls are notoriously bad, only 1 team in the top 5 is still in the top 5.

Anyone who ever thinks that preseason is setting themselves up for disappointment, especially if you just lost the following players.

Tre' Morgan
Gavin Dugas
Jordan Thompson
Cade Beloso
Brayden Jobert
That equated to 608 runs produced and 6 of the top 7 run producers. Tommy White is the only player on the team still here that was in the top 7
Pitchers we lost
Paul Skenes
Ty Floyd
Riley Cooper
Garrett Edwards
Blake Money
Our top two starters and some reasonably decent relievers (though that was a sore point last season through much of the season)
