Nah. He inherited a very poor roster by lsu standards. Especially on the pitching side. Like lsu football in 19’, graduated a very large portion of the starters. That’s hard to just replace.
Only difference is this team is competing its arse off with some very good teams. And will be better for it at the end of the season.
The recruiting pipeline is full, too. Zero concerns

I don’t know if I’ve just gotten older but this place has gone significantly downhill since COVID. The SEC rant is one of the worst boards on this site and the OT and Poli talk have merged.

Going forward I think he’ll learn to tamp down expectations whenever he has a team that lost so much production from the previous year.
