i can't even think of an excuse on this one. Firing at a young girl obviously retreating towards you for safety and fear.

Split second decision seeing someone run at you after a firefight in full kit. Such a shame but I totally see how this mistake was made. You only got a second to make the decision and if you see armor and someone running to you after a firefight… damn that just sucks I feel bad for all involved
