Yeah I'm going to say NOT GUILTY. The police officers arriving shot her not the police officer who told him to come to her. As the cops were running up they saw the girl in full tactical gear and they shot her. Tragic situation all the way around.

i usually defend officers, i know they have a tough job and take alot of unwarranted crap. There's no defending this though.

There are a number of police officers who love nothing more than to pull the trigger. It’s quite disgusting
