Under cabinet lighting in the kitchen.
We like having a trash compactor.
A media closet that is easily accessible.
I would probably go with a hot water circulation pump to get quick hot water to any faucet if it is a house of any size.
Attached storage would be nice as well but not a must.
I would want gas appliances, so knowing I have gas I would want tie-in points outside for use with things like burners or a grill.
That is just a quick wish list that popped into my head.

You will never regret having all your kitchen and bathroom shelves on roll out brackets. Not only does it reduce bending over to the floor simply to see what is at the back of the shelve, it also literally increases the cabinet by 40 to 50 % space as now the entire shelf can become 100% useable. The cost is inconsequential even if it is an after construction add on.

I have a built in recirc pump on my new tankless. It's on a schedule to recirc when everyone is getting ready in the AM, also, I have a push button by the shower for instant recirc. Controlled by an app as well. Used to take 70 seconds to getting shower temp where you wanted it to be, now, 10 seconds.
In my master closet, I'd have some built ins with hidden storage. I had one house that had a lift out bottom of a shelf that allowed some hidden storage for guns, jewelry, whatever. Easier than the safe to access.
I would have mechanical chase from basement to attic for easy upgrades.
Drain in the garage with hot water, for dog washing in the winter.
