1. Large Ice maker
2. Outdoor metal sink for cleaning small game or fish
3. Screened in porch area, bugs suck
4. Pressure washer for bikes and concrete. Things stay muddy in the country
Good luck with your decision. We are making the move within the year and these are some things that have been huge even when the dream plot was just a camp.
