From the NYPost article. Much less than 10%. So what is different with them? Maybe they already paid their staff well. Them and CFA are known for good pay and happy employees.

Well there you go. Why don't the other workers go there? Couldn't' be because they wouldn't get hired, right?
They also may be choosing to do several small increases instead of one large one.
