Should be. Trump enacted Schedule F and Biden reversed it. But we all know how that plays out.

It would be interesting if a suit is filed and it’s determined that Trump can’t enact it. He should then go in and argue that if he can’t enact it then Biden didn’t have the authority to reverse it.

Make Vivek the VP and put him in charge of reducing the federal workforce. He has often stated he would cut the Federal workforce by 75%. It would like to see him succeed.

It might save our country.

Unfortunately being able to change rules or override executive orders only applies to Democrats

I think Trump could but I'm almost certain the Dims would have a Shampeachment as the House Recucklicans stand around with their thumbs up their bungers.
