I think most of them are just pressing and playing tight. But Braswell is the total opposite. Just completely careless and not focused at all. He deserved every word Jay gave him and more.

So you’re going to take out the player that LEADS the SEC in OBP with a .591, on a team that’s 12th in the league in batting average mind you, and replace him with a guy that is 0 for SEC?

This is Curly Hallman level stupidity.

I think Jay has realized that the calm and collected approach that worked last year isn’t working this year. I think we’re going to get to see his take on the traditional old school, hard arse, rip you a new one when you screw up kinda coaching.

Younger team so makes sense. But coaches are always on pins and needles with this generation

I agree. That approach worked last year because we were loaded with a veteran squad that knew what to do and when to do it. This year's team doesn't have that level of skill, and they are lacking vocal leadership. Someone's gonna have to step up and be a bonafide, vocal leader in the clubhouse. My money is on Travinski, Tanks or Bear.

Kucharek seemed to be in the beginning of the season but he’s Hal Hughes 2.0 as of now and idk if he even travels on road games. Everyone keeps saying Guidry but I really don’t think he takes many reps there at practice

After enduring so many of Jordan Thompson‘s flubs last year, I was hoping to at least have someone with sure hands there.

Why not try Guidry at SS? He’s not exactly lighting it up as a closer and was brought here as a SS….

I almost suspect he's betting on the games, honestly. I hate to think this but he's made too many routine grounder mistakes.

Also Milazzo seems like the type to be a strong vocal leader.

Guidry has focused on pitching, he hasnt been taking reps in the field or BP
