Yeah. He's effectively being used as a 4th starter. He's thrown 13.1 innings in SEC play. He's given up 1 ER in that span. He's faced at least 11 batters in each of his 4 outings.

If there is a point in time that he needs to start a game, he would be ready and stretched out enough to do it, but this tandem starter/game finisher role he's in is perfect for him right now.

He's also an absolute gamer and has that unquantifiable winner characteristic. I think his emotion plays better out of the pen than it would as a starter as well.
