I agree, but it appears that 30A has other, perhaps more serious issues than the spring breakers. In my research, I came across references to a court case that was recently decided there, limiting public access to the beach. Some of the public access walkways to the beach are slated for closure, if they haven’t been already. This is the first I’ve heard about it; it seems the case was first filed in 2017. Wondering if any regulars have info on background of the case, how the decision was reached, etc?
