Got to start the week off being positive. It’s going to happen, why not this week? Have a good week my friends and go Tigers!

Sure. I’m been telling myself the same thing for the last 4 weeks. Why stop now

With the pitching coach they have on staff. I don’t think this is going to be the season. LSU gets back on track.

One might ask, is this the year LSU baseball gets back on track? As one poster already noted, we've been thinking that maybe this is the week, for the last 3 weeks...and still nothing positive.

We're 3-9 and we play Tennessee in Knoxville this weekend.

The team last year was very mentally tough. When blue messed with LSU pitching, hitting picked up the slack and vice versa.
The current team has some new and inexperienced players. Leaders need to step up and show the way.
The team needs that defiant in defeat attitude. “frick you blue attitude. We’re going to find a way to win anyway, even if that’s the next game.”
The team will figure it out. The us against them mentality is a good thing. The bonds of friendship and teamwork will gel.
Have to keep the faith and have both coaching and players trust in the process.

We start off with McNeese in the mid-week. Do we cheer for McNeese, or is that just in basketball?

I have been wrong about them turning it around for three weeks, so Im going to say no and hope I am wrong again.

We’re going to turn a corner. Just waiting on it to happen.

Don’t hold your breath. If this team does turn a corner it’ll probably be too late imo

This weekend would be a good one to get back on track.

They’ll be swept and run-ruled in Game 3

No holeman will pich great and we will win game 1
Lose game 2 in some ridiculous heartbreaking fashion and get run ruled in game 3. This is the way.
Unless we play small ball and. Try something different because treating this line up like last seasons is no getting it done.
Millazzo must have raped Jay's dog because he is good enough to be in the line up infront of neal

It’s going to happen, why not this week?
I think the Southern loss is maybe more damning than the Vandy series loss, because after the Arkansas sweep everyone was saying how big the midweek games will be to prop up the record. And just like that, we got rolled by a team we should crush.
And the Vandy series was the proverbial last stand, we HAD to have that. It started off well, I looked early and we were up 9-0. Yay, maybe there was a big 'come to Jesus' meeting and the team woke up. Then we escaped with a 10-6 win. You saw the cracks.
Game 2, we fought and for awhile had the upper hand. Left Ackenhausen in too long, I guess because we don't have anyone else... and by the end we had lost that lead, and the game.
And game 3, what's there to say. Another run rule, when you could be winning the series if you win.
This team is broken, it's not getting back on track. Not this year. I'll still follow them (just as I do basketball, and as I did in football), but I'm not holding out hope that we magically turn it on and make a run to Omaha.
