The course opened in ‘88. It’s prominent days were 05-08. That’s a 3 year run spending money they didn’t have.
The dream everyone wants it to be is just way too much for what actually can be accomplished.
Simplify the course, enjoy the terrain and concentrate on the greens. That’s all that can be done and stay open.

I remember it still being in prime condition around 2012/2013
