As a "Social Conservative", Trunp's moral failings do not bother me (explained)

Social Conservatism is not happening through the federal government. By design, it cannot happen, especially in the current makeup and size of this country and its global reach.
I do like the idea of having a champion of socially conservative ideas at the helm, and to be able to use the bully pulpit to spread the message. But quite frankly, that can't be Trump, and shouldn't be. That is supposed to come from the Church... who has been the biggest reason for the current moral decay. How many Pastors are delivering sermons every week about the current state of the culture? Not many
What we need from the executive branch, is to decouple this country from the global world order. Stop mass immigration, starve out the MIC and forever war industry, on-shore manufacturing, defund the UN, NATO, WHO, etc. Control our own energy, and strengthen local governments.
These actions will then hopefully setup stronger advocates for social conservatism in a more decentralized society.
Meanwhile, the Church needs to decouple itself from the state. And be more adversarial and willing to push back at the culture and the government. Not whatever this current unholy union that has been created where Churches (Including the Vatican and USCCB) have simply decided to go along to get along.

He says he called a widow last week
whose husband was killed by an illegal in Michigan
The Widow said he did not-
The guy is defective not just morally but overall.
We had a choice in the primaries. Trump did not fail
RP's did (Real Republicans)
Remember when he made fun of the guy with
Cerebral Palsey
He sure got him!

Had a Christian Artist tell me a story about a guy that played in the band. That guy asked the artist how many times over the past year have you heard a pastor preach a message of salvation.
The artist was kinda floored by the question. He said he realized that out of the 50 weeks out... 2 times is all he could remember.

Is a case study in the most profound and extremely pathological TDS. It's deep with this one.

It is pretty funny to me that the Evangelicals seem to love him.

The only thing that should bother anyone is his pandering to Christians, when its obvious he knows jack shite.
His moral failings dont bother me at all, its his pretending to be something hes not.

My aunt has been a fundamental Baptist preacher's wife for 50 years put it this way; she said people in her church asked how she could support Trump. She said "I'm voting for him for President, not to be the pastor of our church."

I dont see an issue separating politics and religion. I dont think God cares for government too much.
Trumps failures of morality are things most men of his status do. To think otherwise is dumb.

I vote for president based on economic and foreign policies. Social issues belong on the state/local level. A lot of "conservatives" simply want an authoritarian government that will force their own morals onto everyone else, just like the left.

All that means is that you like to butt into other peoples' personal business.
So what I have to say to you, and all other "Social Conservatives", is...
...frick you.

Agree, but his fiscal positions are all I cared about before. And those failings were massive.

When did Joseph R. Biden call Laken Riley’s parents? You remember her, she was killed by an illegal Mr. Biden allowed to wander into the country. Do you have the date/time that call occurred?

So they are both pieces of shite?
That's all your deflection says.
*I agree.
