Are sports entertaining? Will always be a “it depends” answer. I love college football but can’t sit through Miss State beating Vanderbilt 16-13. International soccer can be the most exciting thing ever or the most agonizingly boring experience.
Women’s basketball has always been and likely will always be a little clunky compared to the men’s game. I mean, watching UConn men is like watching NBA. BUT, had you watched our regular season game vs South Carolina with ESPN game day broadcast there, packed house, loud fans and great game I think you would have enjoyed it. I certainly get a kick out of watching Flau’jae drive the lane.
But, to answer your question, yes I cheer for the “LSU” on the jersey. I would root for the LSU chess team if that was televised.
