Yes, I don't think this is the same as what most people think it means. The only thing they did was say that a man who has taken estrogen or hormone blockers for a year is now considered a women and can compete in the championships.
This is not a whole lot different than what is happening now.

Not surprising...
Most of you private, religious colleges/universities compete in the NAIA... In that turn it is a pretty conservative organization and outside of NCAA Power 5 is one of the better organizations to be a student athlete in as far as scholarships go...

Huge move by the NAIA; not only because it's the right thing to do, but many of your top female athletes may begin to enroll in NAIA schools.
