“Chemtrails” is a poor way of describing the very dumping of various chemicals into the atmosphere for vague reasons you just acknowledged.

As you have demonstrated it’s also an effective way of avoiding the conversation the government doesn’t want to have as to what they’re actually doing and how it might impact us by trying to label someone using it as a conspiracy theorist.
