Having that direct control of the money would require more of a hands-on approach to this war than most Americans are willing to sign up for.

I’m not necessarily for putting American commanders inside Ukraine to direct the war, including how aid is spent on the war effort.

That gives Russia an excuse to escalate and bring us and NATO into a shooting war.

Russia does not want that. The corrupt western politicians do. They can't wait to bait Russia into a full blown war and carve up Russia fir their corrupt desires.

The implication is that we are paying the Ukranian teachers' pension and funding ukranian politician salaries.

And if you poll the American voters, they would prefer to spend that money on our own budgetary expenses.
