I think there are a lot of shows that fit this bill. I absolutely love Brooklyn 99, but never watched the final season. One of my cousins is an overweight lesbian with pink and blue hair in her early twenties. RAGING liberal. She said it was even too woke for her and it would ruin it for me. So I skipped it.
The last season/ episode of HIMYM. I wish I could go back and make myself never watch that, either.
House and Longmire both jumped the shark at the end. Great shows that didn't stick the landing.
GoT ending has been beaten to death.
