Does it not lower bone density as well?

so its anti catabolic but destroys muscles?
how fricking stupid are you?
we have 108 week studies showing that if resistance training is added and 1g of protein is kept at 0.8g/lbs of bodyweight that you lose less than without the glp but way more bodyfat and adherence is way way higher
good try though to try and say because you saw guys/girls eating 500calories a day and 35g protein while not lifting lose muscle that it must be the medicine huh?
guess thats why so many high level bodybuilders are using it to cut huh? too lose all their hard earned muscle
look if you dont want to use the medicine cool, dont give AF, i dont use it either. If you want to assign moralistic views to losing fat like so many want to with other PEDs and muscle gain, fine but thats fricking stupid too, but gonna call you out if you just make up dumb shite.

Rapid weight loss of any kind (like bariatric surgery) results in muscle loss if you aren’t doing activities & consuming protein to counter the loss. This is not remotely unique to semaglutide.
Also, a person weighing 300 lbs needs more lean mass to support that size than a person weighing 170. Some muscle loss is logical.

No it doesn't. Not eating enough protein does that. If a grown man eats 150-200 grams/day, he will not lose his mass.

False. I’m on the compounded version. I came back from vacation in February and after the holidays 20 lbs overweight (220). I have a powerlifting meet next weekend and I have to be at 198. Since February, I’m down to 196 and my strength is through the roof. I’m extremely lean as well. Protein intake is high (200 g a day) and so is water intake (gallon+ daily). Zero side effects as well.
