Maybe that's what happened to the instructor in a continuing education class my wife was attending. It was a 2 day deal, they broke for lunch, came back, and the instructor shite her britches and started projectile vomiting. She'd mentioned earlier that she was on it. They had to cancel the class and the half day didn't count. They had to restart the class in its entirety 2 weeks later.

Going through all of that when all most folks have to do is push away from the table for a week and train their mind that they don't need 3 full meals a day plus snacks in order to survive.
