TireGuy69, that's the kinda answer I was looking for. Not any trauma or a bad childhood. Actually had a good one. Now my wife did have a rough one, but she isn't crazy or seeking attention. We're both more keep to our self, but don't mind being in a crowd neither. We don't party, bar hop, ect. We're just simple people, don't blow money on stupid stuff, drive older reliable vehicles, even though we can afford a new one. Both of us have good jobs.
Now I do get the attention seeker behavoir when it comes to dying hair purple, pink, ect. And I do frown on face and neck tats, but it isn't gonna keep me from hire someone.
Some of the nicest, hard working people I know have tattoos. And some of the worst go to church on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Yeah no problem! Like I said, there’s always exceptions to the rule.
I’m not sure what your age is but as a man who is over 47 years old, there’s no way that I would sit down with a financial advisor (or any professional I am considering to use) that has tattoos across their face or up their neck or on their hands as I sit down in the business meeting with them because to me, not to speak for everyone here, but to ME they look like they are insane or very unstable.
People judge by appearances whether it is right or wrong.
Now the issue of having the nastiest most judgmental people go to church every Sunday… Yes, I can agree with you there, but that doesn’t have anything to do with tattoos so we can defer that conversation to a different time.

What does this have to do with any tattoo?

Ummmm, tattoos are a waste of a ton of money. They look terrible, and are trashy because, generally, it's trashy people who get them. Have an artist paint you something to hang on your wall. Why people get inked in places they can't even see is bizarre. "I'm doing it for me" Oh really, can you pull an exorcist move and see that back of the neck tat you have?
Most of all, because it is an impulsive act you have to live with. On your body. Forever. And let's say you carefully thought about spending $1K to have your wife's face immortalized on your chest. Does this seem wise?
I have rarely seen anyone get a "meaningful" tattoo. That butterfly on your ankle, reminds you of peace? Just be peaceful. The sleeve, with hundreds of doodles? Seems like a therapist would cost less...
You do you.
