DC led by college legend Jordan Ta’amu came back down 10 with less than 2 minutes left to beat Bob Stoop’s Arlington sportsball team.

the main thing they do better is, there is a chip inside the ball, so it marks where the ball is at on plays, so there is no question if a first down was made, or if they crossed the goal line. this means the refs dont have to guess where to spot the ball or just use their own bias to put the ball anywhere they want to.

but then that would eliminate a lot of ways they use to cheat teams and they need to rig games so they cant allow accurate marking of where the ball is at

its basic 2nd grade level technology yet the NFL, while making billions, absolutely refuses to use it

If you’re actually watching this garbage (I assume this post is facetious), you need a hobby or something

I watched the original USFL as a boy.

I thoroughly enjoyed both seasons of the new USFL, but I just couldn't get into XFL games.

I watched several of the week 1 games of the UFL but was out of town last weekend. I had the Arlington/DC game on while I worked this morning and only paid passing attention to it; however, I'm ready to watch the Stallions tonight.

When I was young we went to see the Houston Gamblers with Jim Kelly at QB.

Those games were awesome. Better than the NFL. For awhile anyway…

I don't understand why they only kept 3 of the USFL team names.

It makes no sense to use the Roughnecks name instead of the Gamblers in the USFL conference.

I watched some of the 1st two weekends and couldn't get into it at all. The games were close, but not very entertaining. I thought last year's NFL season was boring too though.

Watched the Houston/Michigan game until the 3rd quarter and the best part of the game was watching the kicker for the Panthers drill long field goals with ice in his veins. The actual offense vs defense was pitiful, mostly because the Roughnecks had no defense. Between the woefully bad scheme and the pitiful tackling I'm surprised the Panthers weren't steam rolling them in the fist quarter.

Aren't the rules kinda favorable to a team making a comeback?

I don't necessarily see anything wrong with that.

the score bug on TV has the spread and O/U dead center. That's pretty funny
