Jed is a better person, and has actually high character, unlike DeBoer. DeBoer plays a rapist to try and win a game, after two separate woman report him for rape to the university police.
Jed Fish had to fix the mess that DeBoer left for him. What did Fisch do when he found out? He suspended him indefinitely, no questions asked.
Don’t believe bama fans when they defend this piece of shite and try to convince everyone he didn’t know anything, when in fact he knew about both allegations along with the University. The 2nd rape was reported to the University November 28. The 1st rape was reported to Police October 28th. The University did not follow its own reporting procedures for Sexual assault accusations.
UW reporting procedure and title IV
Also this isn’t the first time that University Washington has had issues with rap, and sexual assault on campus. They have actually been threaten with lawsuits due to reporting issues. Also Washington has also been in scandles with violating propel civil rights in the past when hiring people by being racist and not hiring people because of race. The upper ranks at Washington are slimy people, along with half of Seattle.
Here’s what current staff members and students have to say, and they are not surprised Washington actually tried to cover it up.
These revelations are not sitting well with some at the university.
“It doesn’t matter if you’re winning a football championship. I think holding everybody the same standards is really important,” UW student Sixtine Gurrey said.
If this was a normal a student t accused and they wasn’t on a CFP football team, they know this student would have been removed from campus.
Larry Kessler, a professor at the UW School of Public Health, agreed.
“Multiple allegations of rape should be taken very seriously, particularly in this climate,” he told KIRO Newsradio Wednesday, a day after Rogers was formally charged. “That makes this extra concerning that the University of Washington allowed this young man to play.”
New details emerging from court documents indicate UW officials were aware of at least one rape accusation against 18-year-old running back Tylin “Tybo” Rogers last fall, during the height of the Huskies’ historic season and run to the CFP National Championship game.
Gurrey says the university’s handling of Rogers’ situation is disappointing, but not shocking to her.
“I also went to the University of Florida, at a time when our football team was really good, too,” she said. “There were a lot of allegations against our football players at the time. I feel like it’s pretty common, actually.”
She added that she only heard about the incident from media reports this week. To her knowledge, UW officials have not provided any communication to students or staff about the matter.
Students and Staff at UW are concerned…
As you see, the only ones defending DeBoer or Washington over this is Alabama fans, DeBoer and UW AD. Even staff and students are not even defending him, even though they where in the middle of a CFP run. Even they agree this player should have been suspended indefinitely then.
But at least students understand how certain football programs and coaches treat acts of violence against woman as long as the football team is winning.
I don’t know how any parent could feel safe to send their daughter to university of Alabama knowing if they are raped or assaulted by a football player, it will be covered up.

This wasn’t handled by DeBoer or his staff. It was reported directly to UW and the Title IX office. The university made the decision to initially suspend and reinstate the backup football player, who wasn’t arrested until April of 2024 for a crime alleged to have occurred in October of 2023.
Imagine using a rape to troll a rival fanbase.
frick off.

This is the only reason he has a chance at not getting fired after 2 seasons at Bama. He will do whatever it takes. It might make the difference between 4 losses or 3.

I will give you another chance to respond. You must have missed the other thread you started. You said the athletic department was sending emails directing the coaches how to proceed.

I’m sorry to be the one to tell you, but that whole book you wrote trashing Bama’s new football coach, isn’t going to fix your 1-16 record vs Bama in the last 17 meetings

How many rape cases has Heupal solved in recent years?

So you don't believe in one of the bedrocks of the American justice system? If people like you had their way I guess we should just do away with trials in this country. If you are accused then you are now guilty and can just be sentenced without due process. You might want to move to Russia or China.

De Laura, who is entering his second season at Arizona, had a civil complaint filed against him in December 2021—a month before he transferred to the UA from Washington State—that claimed he and a teammate at St. Louis School in Honolulu sexually assaulted a classmate in a parking garage following a playoff game in 2018. The complaint claimed de Laura, who was a minor at the time, pled guilty to, and was convicted of, sexual assault, but was not given a jail sentence.
