Title IX department apparently didn’t have a problem with him playing, given the information they were provided at the time.
They didn’t follow their own reporting procedures. They tried to hide it, and being a backup is totally irrelevant. Why does it matter if he’s a backup or not? It was also reported to the Police in October 28 for case 1, and 2nd rape was reported in November 28th. This kid was trouble had already been reinstated from suspension earlier in the season. Your coach is jsut a piece of shite. Keep on defending rape predator like you defending Burton for slapping a female.
What do you Bama fricks have against women?

So the police couldn't find enough evidence to charge him, but the coaches and school should have?
Washington University, CSI - Football division.
Can't wait to see the episodes. Big game on Saturday night, but we need to solve this rape case before practice! Deboer is just about to sit down and review film, when suddenly a big break in the case comes in, and we see him driving across town to follow the lead. She's not being helpful, but with some smooth talking, they are able to get the evidence they need. The day is saved!

What are you even trying to say? Granted, like everyone else I haven’t read your wall or text posts, but just skimming through I’ve noticed you self-owning yourself multiple times. Are you on a crusade saying that Washington’s Title IX office failed these students who came forward to report these crimes? If so, I agree with you.
