I'm just shocked at how soft Zion continues to show himself to be

Doesn’t matter, he’ll never lead a team anywhere. He’s a bust

I don’t think he quit. I think he hurt something and his mind convinced his body he had to come out.

Some guys get hurt and their reaction is, “how can I play through it to stay in the game”, some guys get hurt and their reaction is “I gotta come out because I don’t want to be hurt”.

Unfortunately Zions is the latter.

Hopefully I’m wrong here, I actually hope he’s seriously injured because then it wouldn’t make me think he’s as soft as I currently do.

You are so fricking stupid.

What? I can't shitpost given the situation, even a little? Imagine what this place would like if AD took himself out of the game when Zion did and LeBron finished the game on the bench like BI enroute to the Pelicans beating the Lakers in a play in game

And I can't have just a little fun on here in the immediate aftermath given how much gets vomited out on here about ADs and LeBrons durability?

It’s called a double standard, it’s like oxygen to modern Louisiana sports fans.

I mean I defended AD when he missed a game due to a headache the other day so it's weird that you're coming at me but you do you brother, I still love ya

Zion is plenty competitive on the court, he's just not committed off the court.

BI just looks like a stoner that don't GAF about anything

I think that has happened forever, it will continue. Great coaches make practice so hard, you can’t wait for the game. I’ve been blessed to see instruction that makes your head hurt, not your legs. Gotta find that balance. Kids and young men need a coach that keeps the focus on the gameplan that works.

fricking psycho

Best part of this thread was starting out with your observation of junior high kids. I bet you bring up your "high level" youth sports experience/knowledge when you call into sports radio.

I don’t know exactly what he’s thinking, I know the mentality. I’ve seen it in so many young athletes and done my best to try and teach them to think differently, with varying success

I admit I haven’t watched a ton of Zion with the pels, but you can build around him. Really impressed me last night.

Must be a New Orleans thing cause Mickey, Gayle, and Dennis have the same mentality.
