Kling was a serious miss.... he may need a fresh start somewhere else...

Braswell is a miss, super athletic, but doesnt mean hes a "ballplayer"

You got alot of money wrapped up in Hurd, he didnt work out, its ok, let him find it in pro ball when hes drafted.

The pitching staff is still loaded. even for next year.

you need hitters. guys that fkin swing it... guys who arent scared. big dick energy.

you get that, youre golden... till then, manage what you got. I have faith JAy will right the ship, hes a smart guy.

He doesn't hit the ball hard. He doesn't throw the ball hard. He's not exceptionally quick. He lacks straight line speed.

He essentially has no explosiveness and doesn't exhibit any qualities one would normally associate with being "super athletic". He's actually more of a ball player than athlete.

Thank you. Not everybody pans out and it isn’t always on the coaching.

I would understand people’s criticism if this wasn’t right after so many veteran lefts after a championship. I would understand if there were two years of this.

I am going to say it again. What Jay Johnson did in year 1 at LSU is actually more impressive than what he did in year 2. He joined late and had no ace pitcher. People may have been disappointed in how that season ended, but it was remarkable how many games LSU won without a stud pitcher. He was not left with any pitching.

Let's be fair: If Kling is a miss, then the industry missed. He was ranked as high as the #51 overall draft prospect his Sr. year of high school. There is not one college coach in the country that would not have been overjoyed to get Paxton Kling on campus.
