The three guys we all worried about facing that Braves lineup all did a nice job. Not a great job by any means but they certainly kept the team in each game and bounced back from horrifc starts.

NOW that there was a clean inning from Raffy, it's setup exactly how you wanted. All three of the big dogs fresh and have a short lead now let's see which one coughs it up

That'll help! Duuuuuuuubie

I know abreu gets a lot of hate on here but the pitchers love throwing to him. They just have faith in the guy and no amount of hitting can compare to that kind of value.

Tuve has so much fun playing baseball. When our guys are loose and having fun and not pressing so much is when the bats get hot.

Gotta give credit where it’s due- while they weren’t great by any means, Brown and France bounced back after awful starts and held their own for the most part against the best offense in baseball

Also…Montero has been not awful for the most part which not many saw coming

With how much goes in a baseball game and how many games are played it’s difficult to do absolutely nothing right for three straight weeks. But this dude has done it. It’s pretty remarkable

Is anyone currently worse at their job, regardless of profession, than Jose Abreu? I mean the guy who checked me out at Chipotle was lazy as hell and mumbled, but the order was mostly right and he worked the register okay.

There are countless individuals who are compensated to perform tasks on the face of this planet. Each has some rough outline or description and is executed with widely varying levels of expertise by the person assigned

I don’t think anyone on planet motherfricking earth is currently worse at executing their assigned job task than Jose Abreu

Honestly just release him

He certainly can’t be helping team morale and he legitimately hurts our chances of winning games by playing

There’s absolutely no reason for him to step foot on a baseball field

It shows how far he's fallen when you want Singleton out there. The team is a mess.
