That's what Google image search says, but when you look up peppervine independently, it doesn't look like that.

It’s for my mind boggled. I have woods behind my house but these sprouts are coming up in the middle of my back yard. Wondering how to get rid of it.

iNaturalist said the same thing with only one suggestion. The leaves match, and some observations of young plants have the red leaves.

Looking back again, there are a bunch of observations of young plants that look just like that, with the red leaves of three/two. Those leaves would turn green with time.
