Wray was giving a speech somewhere on this acting all Wray like.
Why didn't he call a presser to tell us? They have known about Volt Typhoon for years.
It is like Biden and Putin. They are double dog daring China to try something.
And or because no one really trusts the FBI...they are using it as cover for Biden to allow China to take Taiwan and claim they had to or else Volt Typhoon.
Meanwhile they are China's bitch.
