This is where an air fryer is king. I'm not a huge fan of actually cooking meat in it, we do plenty of vegetables like asparagus, brussel sprouts, and potatos. But beyond that its really best to reheat.

The air fryer is absolutely amazing for frozen meals. Fish sticks for example, fantastic in it. Leftover french fries no one used to keep ever, awesome air fried.
