re: Fried fish in air fryer help

Louisiana makes boxed air fryer mixes (fish, pork & chicken). We do this fairly often - it’s a quick and easy weeknight meal with no oil and minimal cleanup. Our local store always has the pork and chicken mixes. The fish batter is hit or miss, but we’ve used the air fryer chicken mix on freshly caught bass or sacalait and it’s a great meal! The kids love “fish sticks,” especially when they were the ones to reel ‘em in!
