re: How long is Paul Skenes arm going to hold up?

What I don’t get is why are they wasting pitches in the minors? They can limit him in the majors just as easy but still get the benefit of 3-4 innings of top tier pitching. With his K rate he’s gonna be lucky to get past 5 innings anyway so why not use every pitch in the majors? People are going to be upset when he finally gets promoted and still only goes 4-5 innings because he’s K’ing everyone with some foul balls here and there.
