Pretty much every POTUS from both parties (and every POTUS candidate, for that matter) since George W. Bush has encouraged Ukraine membership in NATO (except Trump, who took a combative posture toward NATO in general).

So if that's what did it, it took 20 years of trying before it happened.

And this is exactly why y'all need to stop listening to Idiot Carlson. He knows what I just posted.

He knows it's the equivalent of saying, "The (insert majority party) want to raise the debt ceiling! " Knowing that you don't pay enough attention to notice that WHOEVER the majority party is ALWAYS votes to raise the debt ceiling because they know they have to, and whoever the minority party is always takes the opportunity to blast them for it.
