Since when is a pocket knife an art? To address the question, though, no I don’t carry one. I can count incidents where I needed a pocket knife and didn’t have one in my whole life on one hand.

It’s not a,ways a matter of need. There are often times having one makes routine things more convenient. My current choice of knife.

I doubt that. Maybe found something else, but could have definitely used one is more the likely case.
I generally carry mine daily, and have had numerous times where I didn't have it and could have used it. I always have a couple of knives in my vehicle, which has made up for forgetting the primary knife plenty of times.
