You are being intentionally obtuse. Threads almost always diverge and evolve. It would be very odd for that not to be the case. Many people here have made comments on policing in general in this thread. You are using strict adherence to the original topic as a safety blanket to try and dodge very specific questions that have been asked of you.

You're cop planting evidence has jack shite to do with this video. Do you understand that? Should I try explaing that in some other way so you will?
Should I link videos of cops getting shot on routine traffic stops? There's a bunch of those too.
Cops can be assholes, people can be assholes. When they come together, yeah shite can happen. Duh.
