I felt honestly like we needed to sweep both, to have a reasonable chance to advance. It seemed unlikely, but after game 1 you thought it could happen.

But yeah, this season is toast. You finally get an ace performance from Jump and get Holman on game 2, against a lesser opponent, and we drop game 2 anyway.

You can't blame the bats, Kling and Milam both doubled and scored, Braswell goes 2 for 3, and White Travinski and Jones all homered. You need to win when that happens.
