Are daycare centers racist for requiring background checks? A Janitor in a school?

They passed laws MANDATING background checks on school employees and some states include daycares. They did so because in the late 70’s/early 80’s there was roughly a case/week in the msm of kids getting sexually abused and up to murdered by ex-cons working with kids.

The results were like night and day. Legally cannot hire ex-cons to work at schools now and reports of sexual assault on students has become more rare (need to reign in the women teachers to make it really rare).
