What’s your best story of an answered prayer?

Obviously this is a faith based post so if that’s not your thing, l understand, and maybe keep scrolling.

I’ll start:
It’s been a really rough year and my work has been very difficult. Nothing seems to be going my way, and it has been taking a toll on my mental health. I don’t hate my job per se but the company has been going downhill and it’s getting harder to do my job well.
I have finally accepted it may not get much better and have been applying & interviewing with other firms.

I haven’t been religious much in my life. I find it hard to give things up to a higher power. It’s hard for me to accept not being in control.
I have been Catholic my whole life, but would say I’m far from a practicing one.

Either way, I was having a moment today and was feeling really low and just said a prayer asking for me to get a sign on where to go and what to do.

Lo and behold, within 5 minutes of my prayer I get an email with a job offer for more money and an improved position.

Maybe it’s coincidence, but the timing was wild.
