Call Your First Witness

The first witness in the Trump trial is David Pecker. He used to publish the National Enquirer . Given Trump's affinity for nicknames (i.e. Sleepy Joe, Pocahontas), I wonder what he would call Mr. Pecker. Any ideas for a good nickname?

Media has to craft this narrative.

I think New York, Louisiana, and the federal court system are the only places that cameras are not allowed in trial court.
You would think by now the veil of the court would have been lifted in trials of significance.
I can understand certain court proceedings such as juvenile trials or hearings, divorce proceedings, and personal bankruptcy or financial cases where cameras may not be allowed.
Some courts use Zoom in pretrial hearings so there goes one argument for not having cameras in the courtroom.
