I live in the suburbs of Charlotte and some idiots where trying to donut in our neighborhood. Just barely missed getting a license plate, but I'll be ready if there's a next time. Assholes, there are plenty of kids in this neighborhood, but those pieces of vermin excrement don't have the cognitive ability to think 5 minutes into the future.
It's like they, on a base level, know that hoodrat shite makes their shite hole of a living situation slightly worse and want to bring it to the burbs. That would require a cognitive function that is above their current capability of reasoning.

When they are lucky enough to get out the hood, why do they always want to bring it with them? Loud music, driveway overflowing onto the street and hanging out in the front yard. The hanging out in the front yard probably irks me more than the music.
