I was in Rosemary during the week of the eclipse. Everything seemed normal to me. I cycled from Rosemary to Santa Rosa multiple times during the week and didn't see any riff raff.
Miramar is decent, but not better than anywhere on 30A not even Santa Rosa.

During the day no issues but at night it was crazy. You can research it.
