I think you can pencil in Larson going forward but Pearson and Kling will have to earn those spots, no way to know what transfers and recruits end up on campus at this point. Kling is starting to make small strides.
Milam probably moves to SS and Pearson could be next man up at 2B but again he will have to earn it not knowing transfers/recruits that will show up

Braswell will be interesting as well, probably will still get drafted late and is he ready to start professional career and I'm guessing Jay will nudge him in that direction

Jones is definitely on draft radar but does he settle or does he want to improve his stock even more next year
Another year refining his game will give Jones a better chance to succeed in the dog days of minor league baseball

Kling's last 10 games (8 SEC games):

.300/.447/.500

9 hits, 6 of them doubles. 8 walks to 9 Ks. 2 steals.

He's hitting rockets right now. They aren't all falling for hits, but it's clear he's seeing the ball better and barreling it up better.

I’m not saying he is, nor do I want to see him go. I’m just saying that if he AND Pearson taking the next step is what we are putting faith in, that’s a problem.
I really thought we over recruited some positions going in to the ‘23 season and we ended up needing every bit of depth we got. This offseason we seemed to rely on development offensively and very few people actually took the next step.
