That has nothing to do with Japan reproducing at a rate that is not sustainable.
Lets walk through this very slowly. Japan has been told they need to take in 'refugees' from shitholes all over the world to help with this 'problem' and they refuse. So, could it be that it really isn't that much of a 'crisis' as being reported? That like in Europe and other places it is just a Trojan Horse to import 'refugees' that do not know the language, culture, or customs and worse do not care about any of that? Does that sound familiar to you? Maybe just a little bit? Why is it only the countries that will not take in 'refugees' who are being designated a 'crisis'? Do you understand now? Think hard now.

My position is that Japan and Korea are not entering a 'crisis' that it is not as bad as reported by people with agenda's.
Source: My Korean expat co-workers who are here on 1 to 3 year assignments. They have told me point blank it is bullshite. I think I will listen to them rather than some blue or pink haired 'journalist'.
Does this help you understand my position a little better?

It seems to me that increasing the birth rate in the US should be more about increasing it amongst the RIGHT PEOPLE. The common refrain is that wealthy White people are delaying having kids or don’t have them altogether. The result is that we must import hordes of 3rd world refuse to replace the missing babies.
The way to reverse this is to create massive incentives to the well-off to have kids along with ending the “child credit” for the poor. We need to incentivize people making 150k and up to start pumping out 4,5,6 kids per couple. Make
it a 10k one time tax credit each time they have a kid along with 5k each year until the kid is 18. Then you might start seeing the productive members of society able sustain their own population. Liberals like to mock the replacement theory even though no one can argue that it’s not happening

So your source is "trust me bro"? The country of Japan and their own journalists are saying themselves it's a big issue. Idgaf about debating importing people. You won't even admit the fact there is a problem in the first place. 2 Koreans told you it wasn't a problem so you're certain Japan isn't in a dire state of declining population.

quote:That's simply not true. CNN would love for you to believe that tho. And what does that have to do with the fact that those religious groups have kids at a much higher rate than non-religious people?

I've noticed a trend of you disregarding facts that aren't really disputed and instead relying on your feelings of what you want to be true. I think you and the blue-haireds would get along real well.

I said it's not the crisis you are implying it is. That far far different from me saying there isn't a problem.

2 Koreans
No a whole office full of Koreans who were born and lived there and are here on assignment and will return to Korea. They said that just like here in the states there is propaganda that isn't true - for example like their declining birth rates being a 'crisis' it isn't and they won't import Third Worlders to 'fix' it because they have seen first hand the destruction here and Europe of what the result will be. This isn't hard to understand. Simple answer is they are smart and we and Europe are stupid. You seem to not be able to understand that for some reason.

Our business model since 1980 has been to import the Third World and it is finally catching up to us and we deserve every single bad result from it. We did this to ourselves. Illegal Immigrants will be the absolute destruction of this nation. Look around you in 2024 for evidence of this. There's plenty.

They likely took a pole asking Catholics if they think their should be any allowances to abortion, such as rape and incest, and are passing that off as Catholics being pro-choice.

The right to life a core teaching of the Church. A pro-abortion Catholic is like a meat-eating vegan.

Yeah, and the first time that one of the Hamas‘ freedom fighters’ wreaks bloody havoc in America like they did in Israel on October 7, watch how fast all that shoe polish comes off.

What about Forbes and all the others listed? Did they fire people also? I'm starting to see a pattern with you......

quote:That's not how religion works dude. You're arguing against religion and have proven you don't know anything about it. Religion doesn't change with the whims of the current generation. Some are trying to do that. They aren't real Catholics. The Catholic religion is based on the text of the Bible, not Gen Z.

quote:PEW research: Among Catholics that attend mass at least once a week, 68% say abortion should be illegal in all or most cases. I would argue the 32% that don't say that are shitty Catholics, but that's far from 60% are pro-choice.

Speaking of Catholic Religion it is in steep decline nationwide.

I'm gonna ignore the ignorant bullshite. What Catholic doctrine has changed in the last 20 years? 50 years? You should maybe know a little about a topic before arguing vehemently against it. You'd be wise to take Abe Lincoln's advice (co-opted from a Bible verse): It's better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.
Your original stance was that we don't need religion for society to thrive. Now you're admitting our society is in decline, along with church participation . You're one of those Bama fans that didn't actually go to school there aren't you?

This is just dumb. Needing religion is the ultimate crutch. Maybe some people are able to be productive members of society without the threat of burning in hell? One doesn't have to go to church or worship to know right from wrong.
Man is flawed. Maybe he needs a crutch. In any case, the shite people try to substitute for religion is pretty ridiculous.
Like, I saw this Reddit "supermod" trying to explain to somebody why he thinks incest is wrong once. He typed up all this gobbledygook about "consent" and power imbalances and I'm thinking, this is like watching someone try to do a brake job with a Playskool Handy Manny toy tool set.
That guy literally "needs Jesus." He is trying to explain why you shouldn't frick your sister but he doesn't have the philosophical tools to do it. The sex act isn't sacred to him, because really nothing is, outside perhaps of Man himself (presumably to the extent he doesn't get in the way of a bunch of horny, hungry animals).
So, rendered intellectually impotent by his own jingoistic beliefs, powermod boy falls back on the tropes of bland leftism (muh consent muh oppression muh safe sex) in the hope that there's something in there that really explains why you can't frick your sister.
There isn't. There's nothing in Progressivism, Secular Humanism, etc. that says it's wrong to get you some good birth control and frick your sister... or hell, go for the rectum. Why not?
Deep down Redditboi knows you should not frick your sister, or at least he needs to pretend that he understands that (for now at least), but he's only got the Fisher-Price-tier intellectual tools to fumble around and look like he's figuring out why.

Our society is in decline because we have 40 to 50 million Illegal Immigrants here. But you are whining and crying about homogenous countries that are far safer and have far more obedient population than we do and no religion
You can’t be this dumb to not be able to follow this discussion. Those countries will outlast us regardless of their declining populations. This isn’t hard to understand why. They are doing everything right that we do wrong.
