2 years ago Kevin Moncla (independent investigator looking into GA voting fraud) filed a complaint with the Georgia State elections board about the 2022 general election primary. The state elections board found that Fulton broke 2 election laws when they certified the results. Then the SEB said "don't do it again" and called it "case closed".

Based on the facts found at the meeting, the State Election Board determined that you violated O.C.G.A § 21-2-420(a) and State Election Board Rule 183-1-12-. 12(b) by failing to upload and tabulate election results in their entirety, following the May 24, 2022, general election primary. As such, incomplete results were certified and subsequently reported to the
Secretary of State's Office Having found these violations, the State Election Board directed that this letter of findings and reprimand be sent to you. This case is now closed, and no further action will be taken. You are hereby instructed to refrain from further violations of the O.C.G.A § 21-2-420(a) and State Election Board Rule 183-1-12-12(b) and are admonished to comply with all of the State Election Board rules and Georgia law relating to elections conducted in the State of
Georgia.

1. Not surprising.
2. They only broke 2 laws?
3. Should help Trump’s case bigly and it will be televised.

Anyone want to place bets on if the MSM has “technical” difficulties if/when Mr Moncla is called to testify?

They need to take SOS to court and make them publicly acknowledge that their whole office is FOS.

So holy shite. They knew they had "incomplete" results, yet certified them.
Where are those trials?

There's only one way to make them enforce the law - or implement term limits.
It's not by asking nicely.

I wish we could carve Fulton county out of the state.

I wonder if he's any kin to the Moncla family from Louisiana.
