Agree, we worked from home for 13 months, our production was through the roof. But, we had 4 shite heads out of 40ish in our group that weren't performing or just not working when they were supposed to be working. Although they did their work, they weren't available during a time when everyone else was working to answer questions. Instead of making them 4 do what they hell they were supposed to be, they made us all come back to the office.
