It's a shame he has to go compete for Sweden over the USA because of the financial incentives and easier path to Olympics that country gives him.
He will end up the most decorated pole vaulter in track and field history by the times he's done!

Track & Field is also just looked at differently by sports fans and businesses in Europe than here in the United States. He's much more marketable in Sweden than in the U.S.
