He pointed a firearm at a human being and pulled the trigger. I know for a fact that over the course of his decades-long career as an actor, he's been through mandatory firearms safety numerous times. He pulled the trigger. On purpose. At the very least, that's voluntary manslaughter. That's a minimum 3 years in California, and up to 11.
