The concept of this is exactly why people liked Bob Ross so much. It’s the exact same thing, soft talking and certain sounds that make the brain relax. It’s not that weird.

yeah, i'll listen to alot of it when playing NCAA Football 14 on PC. i'll turn the game volume down to 0 and turn the ASMR stuff all the way up. unintentional or intentional. if i respond well to a particular video, i'll use listenonrepeat.com and set the timer up to repeat indefinitely until i'm done gaming. i'm particularly fond of this one:

I think it's human nature to enjoy ASMR of some degree. Someone whispering in your ear or playing with your hair, absolutely great. But some of the ASMR videos are weird as frick.
That being said however, I get a certain calmness sitting and watching a Bob Ross painting video, so I can't hate on it too much.

Yea but not the soft talking shite that everyone else who has it seems to be triggered by, idc about that stuff.......I like the unintentional stuff but it's weird....I hate how a lot of the videos try to make it a sexual thing and have the girl looking slitty or bending in ways that hang her tits out or something. Makes it creepy AF. it's not sexual for me at all
